Magellan Community Charities is a not-for-profit organization that aims to provide long-term care services to Portuguese-Canadian seniors in Toronto. The organization was in the process of building a new long-term care centre, namely "The Magellan Centre," and needed a 3D rendering to showcase the facility's features and design. They approached GoBrig, a creative design agency, to help with the project.
The team at GoBrig, including Muhammad Khizar Iqbal worked closely with Richard Ramos (Development Manager - Magellan Community Charities), Charles Sousa (Former Minister of Finance for Ontario), and Sara Isabel Dias (Executive Director - Magellan Community Charities) to create a 3D rendering that would showcase the facility's features and design.
The first step that the team at GoBrig took was to research the long-term care industry and the existing facilities in Toronto. They also conducted surveys and focus groups to get a better understanding of what the seniors and their families wanted to see in a long-term care facility. This research helped the team to identify the key features that The Magellan Centre needed to have, such as accessibility, safety, and comfort.
After this initial research, the team started working on the 3D rendering. They created a series of sketches and illustrations that explored different ideas and approaches. These were presented to the client, who provided feedback and suggestions that were used to refine and improve the designs.
One of the biggest challenges that the team at GoBrig faced was to create a 3D rendering that accurately represented the design and features of The Magellan Centre. They wanted to create a realistic and detailed representation that would be engaging and informative. To achieve this, they focused on creating a design that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Another challenge was to ensure that the 3D rendering accurately represented the client's vision. The team at GoBrig worked closely with Richard Ramos, Charles Sousa, and Sara Isabel Dias to ensure that the design was consistent with the organization's values and goals. They also made sure that the 3D rendering showcased the facility's features, such as the accessibility ramps, outdoor spaces, and communal areas.
The 3D rendering went through many rounds of revisions and edits. The team at GoBrig worked closely with the client to ensure that the design was accurate and representative of The Magellan Centre. They also made sure that the 3D rendering was visually appealing and easy to understand.
After many rounds of revisions, the 3D rendering was completed. The final design featured a detailed representation of The Magellan Centre, including the accessibility ramps, outdoor spaces, and communal areas. The 3D rendering was engaging, informative, and helped to showcase the facility's features and design.
The 3D rendering that was created by the team at GoBrig helped Magellan Community Charities to showcase The Magellan Centre to the public and potential investors. The final design was used in presentations and promotional materials, and it helped to generate interest and support for the organization's mission.
Overall, the project demonstrated the creativity and skill of the team at GoBrig. They were able to overcome the challenges of creating a realistic and detailed 3D rendering that accurately represented The Magellan Centre. The final design was engaging, informative, and helped to showcase the facility's features and design.
